Falmouth Renovation

This renovation project in Falmouth involved renovations and updates to a builder spec home. Samantha was hired to rework some of the spaces to better suit the homeowner’s needs and interests. She fully furnished the house, created a bar lounge to showcase the homeowners collection of Japanese whiskey, took part of the mudroom and closed it off to open from the other side in the living room and have it as a temperature controlled wine room and completely built out the one open space basement into 3 functional spaces - a listening room, office and boutique style home gym.
